| RETURNS POLICY: | All items are visually graded to professional standards and are as described when posted. All items are graded seperately by media and by cover in the description area.Please check our grading policy before ordering. We fully guarantee all items and will accept returns only if it is agreed between both parties that the media does not match the grading description. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to meet return costs, and once we are satisfied that a refund is warranted, then return postage will be refunded together with the items purchase price. If an item is lost in the mail or never shows up, please Email us and we will put a trace on the item, but we can only do this if the item is insured ( at a small increase in the shipping cost ). Please request insurance upon ordering but remember it usually takes two to three weeks for items to arrive to an international destination. We take no responsibility on items that are damaged in transit unless the items are insured. If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to return it this can be arranged by Emailing us and as long as the item is returned in the same condition, we will give shop credit to the value of the item ( excludes shipping costs ). If we at any stage have made a genuine error ( eg. sent wrong item ) then all cost of the item plus shipping will be returned no questions asked. Unless it is our fault or the media is genuinely faulty then it is the buyers responsibility to ship the item back to us. |
