Prior to it being shipped I sent a list of criteria to the seller that needed to be met in order for the prison to forward it to my father. These rules were not met and my father was unable to accept it. I asked the seller if we could please try it again and see if we can get it correct this time. He denied me and I will NEVER use him or your company ever again!
