Very disappointing. My record arrived in halves in a card envelope with no inner support. When I e-mailed the seller they were very defensive about their poor packaging and asked me to return the record for "corroboration." They promised a refund of the record value with both postage costs. About a whole week later I received only the record value as a refund. I reminded the seller of their promise to refund postage but they have chosen to ignore me. Avoid at all costs.
