A month later, after at least 20 e-mails (all but three of which have gone unanswered), and today a phone call, I am still awaiting a refund. Would never use this company again. Terrible. |

I e-mailed them 28th Jan to ask what was wrong. On 29th they mailed me to say they were waiting for authorisation on my credit card from "Netsounds". Fine I thought, as I had also ordered items on the same date through "Netsounds" with dealers in USA / Japan / Yugoslavia and UK which all had arrived promtly with the same one-off details I had given to "Netsounds". Then on the 30th Jan. they mailed me to say that the item had been sold and was out of stock. When I mailed them to ask how this could be, they sent me a VERY ARROGANT e-mail giving the impression I was a time-waster. No appology for MY wasted time was given to me. PLEASE AVOID THEM. THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER'S TIME OR MONEY. I have since ordered this cd from another dealer - and ironically this was at a much lower price too. |
