Order lost in transit. Every time Retro Vinyl was contacted to check on status, it took 3-4 days, sometimes a week to get a response. Refund still has not been issued on order place 10/24/2004. It is now 11/23/2004. I gave them 2 stars because half the problem was the post office. Their slow customer response time is the other star.

WE RESPONDED ON 24/11/04:- To put the record straight,the customer received responses to his messages the following day each time. I can't be held responsible for an item lost by the postal service. A claim was submitted to the Post Office,but no compensation has been received. Even though I had no reply from the Post Office I have now refunded the customer
