We phoned 2 days after the expected delivery date to be told the wrong item had been sent by the supplier.....another week later with no communication we called to be told supplier didn't have the record (although they were still advertising it for sale). I would normally accept this as a glitch, but I could hear the owner/ manager in the background being rude and dismissive in response to my questions. I was told the product would be at least another two weeks on top of the two weeks I had already waited, and would not be the limited edition I had ordered. I would not buy from these on principle. |
