In 1958 while my husband and I were going together we would listen to the radio to this one music program that had as its Theme song a very beautiful, haunting melody. I ask my husband if he remembered our song, and he not only remembered the song, but the name of the Album and who recorded it. I wanted to find this song to give to my husband as an Anniversary gift and to play it at the Anniversary Party our children are giving us. I was SO happy to open that box and find the original record that I remember from my childhood, along with the cd version. Christmas did not feel the same without this album that I grew up with. Attempted to email them but email was kicked bac stating unknow/invalid address........Seems like Vinyl Revoluations is nothing but a BIG SCAM. Oh by the way, only took them less than 2 weeks to charge my Visa though. Buyers beware!! |
| WE RESPONDED ON 31/12/07:- First of all, our deepest apologies for the way this order was handled. There was a management issue and then eventually a business move that took place within this period. The processing of this order was not handled correctly. So sorry you had to go through this. As of the end of November 2007, we are under new management and we are making good on all past orders that were handled incorrectly. Our policy is to not charge for services or product until it is shipped. We can remaster any VG (Very Good Quality) or better Vinyl to CD. We do this by transferring the music using pro audio equipment and then software tools and listening to remove any clicks, pops, hiss and surface noise. Then we do artwork so the CD looks like the Vinyl record that it came from. The normal processing times of orders are from 2 to 3 weeks. |

My credit card was charged $77.13 on March 8. I have received no reply on either emails nor phone messages. Emails are returned as undeliverable.
