I found it here, but sort of expected it might not be in the best condition being that it was a few years old and out of print. The CD I ordered arrived when they said it would. It's a shame it turned out to be a 'copy' that cost me £16. I could of got the same thing from a file upload site for no cost!! Not happy at all!!!!!

Disappointed, I order a vinyl on Friday (15/2/08) It said that there was 1 left in stock when i added it to the cart and purchased it. Yet i received an email 4 days (Tuesday, 19/2/08) later saying it wasn't in stock. I wouldn't have minded if i was told this sooner so that i wouldn't have had my hopes up for it arriving etc etc. It would be nice if the right information was posted so i knew whether to buy or not. Shipping time was lengthy, but expected as the CD was imported. A bit disappointed that the shrink-wrap on the CD was slit open in order to slide in a package content slip. For many purchaser's, there are those whoare buying the CDs as gifts or collectibles who want the shrink wrap in tact. Overall good service as this particular CD was very difficult to find.

This record was out of stock after I ordered it, which was very disappointing as I had been after this for a while. However, I was informed by the seller within 24 hours of placing the order which is excellent service. He apologised and offered me the alternative 12" version, which is very salesman like, but still top service in my opinion. I believe service is also about how you deal with a customer who is disappointed with something, and feedback should also be based on this, not just the product, Hope to use again.

2 for earofthebeholder Order supposedly in stock on 31/8/06 was not dispatched for 2 weeks, I was not informed. When I didn't receive anything for over a week it took 3 emails to get a response. earofthebeholder finally informed me netsound hadn't advised them that my payment had been authorised. No offer to investigage, no other information. So I had to contact Netsound myself, who told me that in fact earofthebeholder had not confirmed availability of the record - this was now nearly 2 weeks later.
