I was not 100% happy with this purchase. The seller makes you go to his site to check postage. When I got there I failed to notice that records over £20 (I was bang on £20) have compulsory recorded delivery. I went back to Netsounds where I ordered as normal. This allowed me to indicate ordinary postage as my choice. However then the thing got sent by, and I was charged for, recorded. I wasn't happy - you shouldn't be able to choose normal delivery if you're going to have recorded forced on you. I mailed the seller and complained, I didn't feel the response was helpful; an offer that I send the thing back at my expense and then they would refund - but not the postage! I decided to keep it but am dissatisfied.

6th November, placed an order for "DJ Enrico Yesterday's Enterprise 12inch X - Clusive House NEW 4685 at GBP 12.00" After a couple of days I never heard anything so I contacted the company to see what was happening - I never got a reply until a week later on the 13th November. They said: "Hi , just got wireless connection back , after a week of problems with the local connections . I will look into this order over the next 24 hours for you." ^They didn’t even bother to say sorry.. Then 40 minutes later I go this e-mail: "We are sorry to inform you that your order has been declined.Your account was not charged.For more information, contact our customer service..." ^So after all the waiting my order was declined! And they didn't even have the common decency to tell me why! (Probably because they didn't have it in stock). So I'm sure anyone reading this can see why I have given 1 star, negative feedback and will never use this awful company again!

Comunication is good and they have a good selection of stock, maybe the prices are a little over the normal cost but most of their vinyl is difficult to track down and they probably have to pay netsounds fees so you get what you pay for basically.
