| RETURNS POLICY: | Returns are only accepted for wrong item(s) delivery. In this case we refund item(s) value + shipping costs. All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns are not acceptable. If return of item(s) is requested by a customer for any other reason than a mistake from our side, we will refund product(s) value and not shipping costs, but this will happen only if items are in the same condition we sent them to the customer. Customer will have to send records back thru registered mail only and refund will be sent upon arrival of item(s). Refunds also will be given in case of postal loss but only when items are sent registered and to the maximum of the compensation that the greek post office gives for registered shipping.
