ASIA/PACIFIC: $15 for the first record / $5 for each record thereafter. NEW ZEALAND: $10 for the first record / $4 for each record thereafter. AUSTRALIA: $8 for the first record / $1 for each record thereafter. Insurance available for an additional $2 per parcel. Please note: Shipping charges are based on weight therefore double packs are counted as two records, triple packs as three records, etc. Compact Discs and DVD's are lighter and we can usually ship up to 3 cd's for the price of shipping one record, 6 cd's for for the price of shipping two records, etc. Any variances to shipping prices in this guide will be advised prior to payment processing. We accept no responsibility for items sent without insurance that have been lost or damaged in the post, nor will we act on your behalf to recover the item. | RETURNS POLICY: | Mezabel.com will not exchange or refund goods unless they are faulty or damaged. All goods (unless sealed) are checked upon dispatch for defects. Goods are carefully packed and padded and all packaging is sealed adequately to prevent any damage during shipping. Refunds and exchanges for will only be issued upon receipt of disputed goods via completion of a Return Authorization (RA) form. Forms are available by e-mailing returns@mezabel.com Returned goods will not be accepted without an attached RA form, nor will any responsibility be taken into by Mezabel.com for disputed goods returned without an authorised RA form. All returns MUST be authorized by Mezabel.com in order to obtain an exchange or refund. Failure to obtain an RA from Mezabel.com for faulty/unwanted goods will void/forfeit a claim for refund or exchange. Refunds will only be given where a product cannot be replaced. Should a product take more than 12 weeks to replace from date of receipt, Mezabel.com will issue a full refund in the form of a credit voucher available for use at Mezabel.com only.
