Only complaint is 10% surcharge on each order appears below shipping costs under 'Other information' on their webpage so is not immediately visible. In addition there is no reason given for charging it. Result is the price looks better than it really is. Other than that - more than happy. |

I had ordered a record costing £10 and checked Magik Feet's seller details page for the postage and it was £2 for a single 12". I was then surprised I was charged £13.20 rather than £12. I went back and checked the seller details page again and further down the page under "other information" it does say they add a charge of 10%. So I would have known that if I'd read their page carefully. However if like me, on occasions (this was one), you order several records from different sellers at once, when trying to find the best price for an item you naturally tend to compare prices and then maybe check postage rates on the best priced items. You are not expecting to have to go searching down the page for further charges in an "other information" section. Maybe Magik Feet would make this more prominent but are constrained by the layout of the Netsounds page but as it is this is almost a ”hidden” charge. |
