Iīve ask about 122 orders until now with Netsounds. The postal service from USA or Europe was very good always. The responsability in every order is entitled to seller. If there are problems with shipping he must try to solve them or show to customer the sending was processed efficient. Therefore, this dealer isnīt secure |
| SELLER RESPONDED ON 24/04/08:- We responded very kindly to Juan that we are sorry his order was not delivered by the postal service. He has ordered from us 3 times before and has always been satisfied. However this time his order did not arrive. We informed him that we checked with the post office and were informed that we can not file a claim since we Juan did not request the order be registered or insured which is his responsibility. As a matter of fact Juan had insured a previous order with us (his first one) so he knows that he has this option. With this order he did not and that is the only way for us to file a claim and be able to track the package. |
