As of 12/05/06 no response to several inquiries concerning ordered placed on 25/03/06. Requested refunded, would have preferred title.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 24/05/06:-

Uncharacteristically, the customer did'nt receive Automatic Sent Info informing her of the unavaibility of the item has it had just gone out of stock, and subsequent immediate full refund.

Following that we missed one Email due to Annul Holiday, which as it went unanswered upset the customer.
As soon as it was read, Sincere Apologies and a full refund was made.
We did not intend any inconvenience to the cutomer whatsoever.

The One Star Feedback is Harsh,
and not in line with many of Happy Customers who have left Feedback, and many many more Happy Customers who have'nt left Feedback.
