I work away from home during the week so only update orders at the weekend. I am not a full time business like a lot of sellers and have no intention of making a 250 mile round trip in the evening to pick up a cd to send to you. I do have the vinyl you have ordered but don't really want to deal with you after leaving me such bad feedback unreasonably.

Purchased vinyl via paypal. The seller never responded for 8 days. After i contacted him he replied saying that he does not have the vinyl in question any more.
This was my first purchase here at netsound so excuse me if i have been hasty in giving negative feedback. I have experience buying and selling vinyl through ebay but maybe things are different here?
So i stick to my feedback unless someone can persuade me otherwise.

Item was unavailable as it has sold elsewhere. I don't put items I don't have maliciously as when you order it and I don't have it I still pay Netsounds a commission. This wasn't a case that warranted negative feedback and is not an impressive first attempt at a purchase.

Hmmm, I receive a negative feedback for an item that I finally received first communication and message confirmation a WHOLE MONTH after I order it? Of course I never paid for it. I never received an invoice!!! Truly a joke.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 24/01/07:-
The order was made on the 20th December and I responded on 24th December after I had picked the record and confirmed availability and that the condition was as stated. When buyer's do not pay for items they do not seem to realise that we sellers still have to pay Netsounds a commission. Melissa's failure to pay cost me 15% of £29 - £4.35, and that is why she got negative feedback, because if she did not want the item and couldn't be prepared to cancel it then I'm more than a bit unhappy about paying the price for her being a bad customer.

After leaving negative feedback for her she has stated she wants the item still but has then avoided paying for it after telling her she can still have it if she wants.

Delivery wasn't immediate, but item was excellently packaged and arrived relatively quickly by most standards.

Condition of this CD was exceptionally strong. Although described as "played", both disc and booklet appeared completely mint. Playing quality was no less superb and reassuringly great value for money.

I certainly recommend this seller as honest, reliable and dependable.

After ordering two records, I had to wait over a week for any confirmation to be sent, this was after I had sent two further e-mails asking for confirmation. Then I was told that one of the records was not available, yet it is still being advertised as available! How many other items is he trying to sell that he dosent have? It took another couple of weeks for him to tell me that payment had not been successful (due to a typing error). I am glad that the payment had not gone through as by this point I had lost all faith in this seller.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 06/09/06:-
Buyer's payment bounced - he never updated the payment details and later came back to me asking where his records were - even then he did not resubmit payment info. I left him 3 star feedback (average) even though he had wasted my time, which I felt was reasonable, so he gave retaliatory feedback of 2 stars which I don't think is reasonable.

Advertised a record that was not in stock and did not inform me until repeated emails.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 04/08/06:-
Item was in stock at time of previous update; however another person bought the record as it was listed on eBay in between updates (it sold immediately for 3x the price listed on Netsounds too so an update removing it never came through in time). There was not "repeated e-mails" - he was informed within one week that the item was unavailable (in this time I was trying to locate another copy which ironically I have just done) but he sent several mails both through Netsounds and emails afterwards complaining that he had been charged twice for a record he had not received which I informed him several times was not the case and was either him being mistaken or being charged by another Netsounds seller.

Just because a record is not in stock does not mean you should leave negative feedback; neither should you do it because you fail to read an email you have received. You should leave it for bad service, poor condition items or similar.
