Without a doubt one of the worst on-line experiences I have had. The item was listed as in stock and awaiting postage, so I ordered and paid for it. Then nothing, so a week later I wrote to them to ask if it had been sent, only to be told they couldn't get hold of it. A month later, after at least 20 e-mails (all but three of which have gone unanswered), and today a phone call, I am still awaiting a refund. Would never use this company again. Terrible.

I’ve been looking for this album for some time now and finally decided to check the Web, the only place that had it in stock was in Germany! The funny thing here though is the CD was originally purchased here in Los Angeles at ameba music store, I live here in Los Angeles and frequently visit ameba often, I have tried on many occasions to see if I could find this title there… Well I never could find it there but I guess it came full circle right back to where it was originally was purchased… strange but true!!

I ordered two singles, recieved an e-mail saying they were shipped, but when I got the package there was only one and a note that the other one was sold out. Then after ordering a used copy of the missing single and paying for shipping again I got the UK and not the EU version of the single. On the other hand, the single I ended up with was mint eventhough it was selled as used. At least I got something.
