Initial queries via email were both responded to almost immediately (during business hours of course) and were sincerely helpful. Despite my not being able to pay him through "Netsounds", this deal proved no worry at all, as he was good enough to send me my record the same day he received my cheque - I received it the very next day (that has to be some sort of record by my reckoning!). It goes almost without saying that the record condition was exactly (if not better even) as graded in the description. You will search far and wide for a more reassuring dealer than this.
