I ordered an item from this seller and it was completely ignored, I contacted the seller to ask what had happened to my order and was told that he had completely forgotten about it (because it was over the Christmas holiday), he said that he would look for the item and get back to me.
I received a message saying that he could not find the item and that it 'Must Have Been Sold' and not taken off his stock list.
WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!

SELLER RESPONDED ON 18/01/08:-
Item was ordered on Christmas Day! It did genuinely get forgotten about over the xmas holiday.
My stock is listed on several different web sites and not just this one so items do get sold on other sites and show as still in stock on this site. That is why availability is established with the seller before payment is charged.
Not a very understanding customer.
