I remember 'rock on' as a market stall in Leicester Square' where I steal away for lunch breaks checking out the vast stocks of indie labels that Ted and Roger always had on the stall.
Those were great days, and since buying a restored 1958 ami jukebox last year my cd collection has waned and i have actively purchased a lot of vinyl singles, and loved every minute of it.
My purchase here was of only 'VG' condition but I am happy to report that the disc played excellently.

Dear Paul,

Sincere apologies for communication breakdown. I have been having continuing problems with receiving and sending emails, since changing my ROCK ON RECORDS.COM server around the end of June.

Despite best efforts, we have still been unable to resolve this problem completely. Did not receive your order, although I believe that I did receive one of your emails, but in the prevailing confusion, had obviously failed to respond to it.

I'm away in France at present with a whole new set of email problems (thanx to Car Phone Warehouse's takeover of AOL UK). It has taken a fortnight to arrange a new ISP here and this is the first opportunity that I have had to reply.

If you check my other feedback, you will find that your unfortunate experience is an exception to our normal service.

the record I got was great, in great condition and exactly as promised. However, due to their hectic holiday orders I got the album 3 and a half weeks from the time that I ordered it in november. By the time it arrived I had already gone home for the holidays. (luckily a friend dropped by my house and brought it up since they were arriving several days later.) Holidays aren't normal shipping circumstances, this is true, but this album was a gift, and it was still a great inconvenience.

The package did not arrive on time, I recieved an e-mail with regards to why the package was delayed from the seller but I found his excuse useless as it was recieved 6 days after the package was to arrive

Daniel ordered a 45 on 19th January.

I confirmed his order with Netsounds on 20th and on 22nd received a confirmation of payment[dated 21st].

At the time I was recovering from cataract surgery to my right eye and due to difficulties caused by this it was taking slightly longer than usual to process orders. Daniel's WELL PACKED MINT 45 was finally despatched to him on 29th of January, 1 week after receipt of order confirmation.
