SELLER RESPONDED ON 17/08/08:- Dear Paul, Sincere apologies for communication breakdown. I have been having continuing problems with receiving and sending emails, since changing my ROCK ON RECORDS.COM server around the end of June. Despite best efforts, we have still been unable to resolve this problem completely. Did not receive your order, although I believe that I did receive one of your emails, but in the prevailing confusion, had obviously failed to respond to it. I'm away in France at present with a whole new set of email problems (thanx to Car Phone Warehouse's takeover of AOL UK). It has taken a fortnight to arrange a new ISP here and this is the first opportunity that I have had to reply. If you check my other feedback, you will find that your unfortunate experience is an exception to our normal service. Ted ROCK ON RECORDS

The seller's response was a bit slow, but I did receive an e-mail apology for the delay and when the record arrived it was in excellent condition, as advertised. Can't fault that. A little bit speedier with the e-mail and they would have got 5 stars.

Have waited a long time only to find out that seller doesn't actually have the product he advertised. How poor is that?!? Especially since I have missed the opportunity to purchase this elsewhere since then. Very disappointing and shoddy practice!!!

the record I got was great, in great condition and exactly as promised. However, due to their hectic holiday orders I got the album 3 and a half weeks from the time that I ordered it in november. By the time it arrived I had already gone home for the holidays. (luckily a friend dropped by my house and brought it up since they were arriving several days later.) Holidays aren't normal shipping circumstances, this is true, but this album was a gift, and it was still a great inconvenience.

Rock on Records cannot be faulted for the speed of delivery and the care taken over the packaging. It was nice to get a handwritten receipt signed by Ted instead of the usual computer generated slip of paper. I ordered from Rock on Records as they had the disc I wanted at the best price on the web. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
