The record I ordered was marked up excelent, but when it arrived it was unplayable. It looked okay but had far too much background scratches to be able to listen to. I did complain to, and was refunded the full amount without any problems.I was told they sell too many records to listen to each one and only carry out a visual imspection and as it looked okay they rated it with a excelent.
So I can only rate this sale as 2 star as for me the important think is how the record plays - it's a bonus if it looks good. I wan't going to leave any feedback out of respect for the after sales service, but having been chased to do so I cannot give any better then this.

As the customer states the item looked excellent but played with surface noise. As soon as we found this out a full refund was issued. I dont know how we could have dealt any better with this order.
