Apparently there was some confusion at Netsounds end as to whether the seller was still registered. This caused a long delay, but I was patient. When the record eventually arrived the quality was a bit variable - with many hisses and clicks in parts. Not enough to return, but a little disappointing.

Avoid this terrible seller. I ordered a record from him 05/06. Nothing heard from him until 12/06 then an email saying he'd been on holiday. After many emails to him I finally get an email today 23/06 saying that he can't find the record. I'll say it again, avoid this terrible seller at all costs.

Steer clear of this ABSOLUTELY AWFUL trader. A complete timewaster. Having used netsoundsmusic so much and experienced excellent service from other traders, I was shocked to see such a poor service operating on this site. Awful service, poor communication. Very frustrating! Having waited over 2 weeks for my supposed order, I recieved one e-mail, using the usual 'on holiday' excuse, and then nothing. I have now placed orders with more reputable traders for the records I wanted.

I am unable to confirm an order when I am not in the country. My apologies for this - there isn't a decent time to be able to take a break, becuase whenever it is it will inconvenience someone somewhere.

It took over a month for the items to be delivered,it probably was down to the post office but this has happened a few times going by the feedback.

It took a long time to get confirmation that the item I bought was available and would be sent to me. And then, after the sale was agreed the item took a very long time to arrive (although this was apparently the fault of the post office). The only thing that saved this from being 1 star (awful) feedback was that Vincent returned my phonecall in person to confirm the sale and was swift to investigate when my item had failed to arrive.

Item in excellent condition. However service was poor - item took 28 days to arrive and communication by seller was poor. After having received payment via paypal he said he had gone on holiday, then the item was 'lost in post' .Not an experience I want to repeat.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 22/11/05:-
This was the second copy I sent as the first did indeed go missing. As for being on holiday - I was for the last week of October...when the payment for the order was received. It was initially posted out on the 2nd November - presumed to be missing once the buyer had alerted to me that it had not been received, and a duplicate sent.

All things considered I don't feel that the timescale was excessive.
