Unfortunately the post-office service is crap, if it wasn’t the good packaging and don’t know what would happen to the disk. The package was so badly treated that the gatefold is severely wrinkled. The package has “Fragile” written on it, if shouldn’t be enough? I don’t know if the problem occurred here in Portugal (and yes they are careless!) or there… The package needs more reinforcements as possible... Thanks a lot. With regards, Paulo

| SELLER RESPONDED ON 19/10/04:- Hi, Bit out of order this, 1st, the sleeve condition was stated NM, and the record graded VG, so I overstated nothing, and you left it a month from purchase to come back to me, I would have been happy to give a refund had you contacted me at the time, why take so long ?? as grading is always subjective, and as this is the first neg I have ever had, I think maybe your being too fussy on a graded VG record, perhaps you should only purchase MINT records from now on.
