Record in question is completely white label so an error is possible, though we have multiple copies and all the rest inthe bag are correct, customer was asked for the runoff groove number in order to verify that an error had been made, new copy collected, checked and put aside for dispatch but buyer never sent runoff groove number, instead posts negative feedback claiming it was all our fault.

When I did 'phone to find out, I had the impression of a rather haphazard, small, amateurish operation.
