SELLER RESPONDED ON 09/11/07:- Buyer claimed record was the wrong vinyl.. Record in question is completely white label so an error is possible, though we have multiple copies and all the rest inthe bag are correct, customer was asked for the runoff groove number in order to verify that an error had been made, new copy collected, checked and put aside for dispatch but buyer never sent runoff groove number, instead posts negative feedback claiming it was all our fault.

It would have been good to have had quick acknowledgement of receipt of the order and subsequent notification of despatch. When I did 'phone to find out, I had the impression of a rather haphazard, small, amateurish operation. Nonetheless, the disc duly arrived without any problems and within a reasonable timescale, and I am so glad to have got hold of a copy of something that I was beginning to think I should never find.

appalling service. the CD I received only contained 3 tracks of the original 10 tracks and is a clear copy with no insert! In addition having complained I have received absolutely no reply.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 26/10/04:- Hi Colleen, I have looked at the original listing and the CD was clearly described as a promo CDR, it was also described as a CD single so would have been unlikely to have 10 tracks.. That said it was an old listing on our site and with more recent additions we have added full tracklists precisely to avoid this sort of misunderstanding..
