Initial reply was very quick and I was told the item would be despatched next day. However, they lost the order and only realised when I e-mailed them a fortnight later. However, they replied immediately, despatched next morning and the item arrived i a couple of days so I'm sure this was just a one off (and we're all entitled to mistakes). The package was so well wrapped I had to use specialist cutting equipment. I'm sure that next time my rating will be higher.

The 7" I ordered was sent to me with a message saying that the condition of the record (as it was being packaged / checked) was not of the condition originally described & asked me to confirm this once I recieved it for a FULL REFUND on the cost of the record (& also P+P), but also to KEEP IT WITHOUT CHARGE (so I would have a copy to be going on with) once the money was refunded & they would then try to locate a better copy of the record for me!!!! For this attention to quality control & customer satisfaction I (without hesitation) would recommend them to everyone. The record arrived within 6 days of ordering in a very well packaged / protected envelope. Postage cost (had I been charged) was very low too. A friendly company who quite obviously care about their customers. Excellent - thanks Steve!
