Having paid for the CD I waited 3 weeks without receiving anything. I contacted funrecords by e-mail only to be told that it had probably gone astray and that unless they received it back as returned parcel I'd more or less had my chips. I sent several more e-mails pointing out that my contract/order was with them not their courier /postal service and that they were obliged to send me a replacement. I've heard nothing back from them for the best part of a week now so I shall be contacting my credit card company to seek redress from them. Over the yaers I have bought Cd's from all over the world and this is without doubt the worst shopping experience I have had.
If there was a feedback rating under 1 Star then even that would be 1 star too many.
