I received my CD on 27th April. Brand new and nicely packaged Japanese version of Joe Satriani's "Is there love in space?". My only concern was the lack of communication involved. It would have been nice to get an email saying they were processing my order or there was a problem with my order as there was in this case as the CD was not in stock and they had to retrieve the CD before sending it on to me. After a 10 day wait I contacted them to ask what was happening with the order and they explained, which was fine. However the seller also mentioned that buyers accept there may be delays with getting rare or hard to find CD's. This is fine too, however I do not accept that I cannot be contacted earlier than 10 days after I placed the order.

Once credit card problem had been sorted I received the CD within 5 days - so I'm well pleased.

I must have entered my card number incorrectly because it was showing up as 'bad account' on Henry's screen. I re-entered very carefully but without success - it seemed that the system had not updated my details. I phoned direct & got it sorted. That 2 minute call cost me a few pence so I'll use that method in future to order CD's not available in Europe.
