I have received no response to emails sent to the seller and since Netsounds has closed the sellers the website doesn't allow me to try that method in order to confirm with the seller that our transaction has been "cancelled". It has now been 40 days since the order was placed. There has been no response from the seller for over 30 days and I have purchased the item elsewhere.
Netsounds customer service is hereby notified that this "feedback" message is the only means I have to address the seller within the website. Other "Messages to Seller" does not function. If ever there was a transaction that justifies "Negative Feedback" this is it. Both the seller and Netsounds.com have not acted in good faith, have been inconsiderate and Netsounds.com has displayed an arrogance in their obstinate responses to my cancellation requests. Cure your incompetence by learning how YOUR WEBSITE WORKS!!! THIS TRANACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!! |

Surely, for sites such as Netsoundsmusic, Gemm, Musicstack, CD&LP.com etc. to work it is essential for vendors to keep their databases current. |
