The item was clearly advertised as a back-order item with a 14-28 day lead time and, with any back orders from a supplier, it is possible that the item becomes unavailable at any time. The "confirmation email" you received I can only assume is an automated Netsounds' generated email which I would be interested in seeing if you still have it. I do understand your frustration as it was a gift and can only apologise. |

However they delivered my CD in very good condition; no major scratches or dents on the CD or cover. The only drawback you should all note was the time taken for delivery, 2 weeks in my case. It wasn't of major concern to me (hence the 'positive' feedback) since it was a fairly unknown CD and I didn't really need it delivered quickly. Regards E. |
