SELLER RESPONDED ON 28/11/07:- Hello I have checked with my merchant bank to investigate the issue. I can confirm that your order was preauthorized on October 21-st (money were not taken from your account but were put on reserve) and the same transaction was completed (card was finally charged for full amount) on October 30-th. Just one transaction (preauthorization is canncelled automatically by the bank when payment is finalized), there can't be two. We did not charge you twice, I know it can be confusing, please feel free to check with your card issuer and they will confirm all that I just said.
