By mistake, the country of delivery for this order appears to have flipped from UK (the intended delivery) to USA. Despite the lack of a USA state or a zip code, the seller has advised that the CD was posted to Brighton, East Sussex, USA!! There was no attempt to seek clarification of the detination country! Emails queriying the CDs whereabouts were greeted with the news that it was posted to the address provided - the USA. There was a lack of helpfulness or an apology (some customer service). I have not received the CD or have I received a refund, as requested. I repeat THIS SELLER IS NOT RECOMMENDED BY ME |

I will be happy to revise my comments if I ever get the item On Sunday 6th May I placed an order with you for a "Mind Your Language" DVD. This order was confirmed by an email from MusicImport.biz on Tuesday 8th May. Meanwhile the amont of £12.73 ($24.65) was debited on the 7th May. Over 2 weeks after having the money taken from my card I still have not recieved anything. My bill is due soon and I am going to end up having to pay for something I may never get. Please can you look into the progress of my order and get back to me ASAP. Although i did realise how much the cd would cost me in the end, i had to pay a exchange rate charge with my bank of £1.50 plus about £7.50 for the cd and it was only a single. but i do love the cd i bought, so it was worth it in the end. |

I have emailed this company numerous times and all they can tell me is that it takes 7-21 business days. Most of the time I don't even receive a response. There is no postage service in the world that takes longer than a month to deliver a package.
