| SELLER RESPONDED ON 22/11/08:- 1/The LP was sent sealed and is then considered "Unplayed" as they come in stock sealed the vinyl can't have a brave??? scratch. 2/ We informed the buyer that the lp was NOT a triple vinyl but a double before we processed and mailed it out,he never replied so it was taken that he still wanted to purchase. 3/ If you was not happy with your purchase you could have returned it within 14 days of receipt for a refund!! |

| SELLER RESPONDED ON 17/07/07:- A few points 1/We always notify a buyer acknowledging his order within 24 hours of it coming in. 2/Buyers orders are processed and we aim to post within 24 hours of getting payment. 3/On occasion certain items have already been sold and may not have been removed from the database again the buyer will be notified ASAP and given the option to have his order saved while we source another copy of ordered item or cancel. This is what we did with Kevin we had no email from him in return and only found about this when checking our SPAM folder. |

A blatent time-waster and the type of nuisance customer you can do with out. |

| SELLER RESPONDED ON 24/10/06:- Buyer WAS contacted to say that the cd had already been so,but also the buyers billing address and shipping address did not match up.The shipping address was singapore but the card was a USA address So we also had our reservations as the buyer's ip address was in indonesia which has very high levals of card fraud. |
