After I placed my order I received what I thought was a confusing email from Betam. It confirmed the order but made the shipping costs unclear. I replied with a question about this and told them not to send the order until this was clarified. Order was sent anyway and whatever the confusion was initially about shipping turned out to be not a problem at all. Communication from Betam therefore was not good. Very very cheap to use, and item was delivered quickly. However, very unclear on postage costs and I paid twice what i thought for postage - this was still cheaper than buying in the uk. The DVD received agianst the above order number was not suitable for my region in the UK.
I sent an e-mail to you asking that you send a replacement that is suitable for my region (2) and I also made comment via your Website.
To date I have had no response to either my e-mail or the comments made via your Website and I have received no replacement DVD as requested.
