Hi, the record was mailed out on December 17th.

Please note that it usually takes 7-10 days to be delivered in the European
Union (however, I have experienced deliveries taking up to one month!).

Please also note that you chose the standard delivery which does NOT include
any reimboursement for missing parcel. We also offered you a recorded
delivery (which includes tracking and reimboursement) but you did not choose
it.
