I received an e-mail confirming the order would be dispatched in the "next days" on the 16th November. I then waited for the CD to arrive. 23 days after placing the order I contacted the seller to ask what was going on. They stated that there was an inventory error and they did not have a copy. They offered to try and get me a copy but I declined. I re-checked on their site and they were still advertising a copy of the CD in question. They still are today! At best this is sloppy stock management, at worst .........?
To end on a postive note, no money was taken, and they responded to my communications promptly. |

I'm going to cancel your oder, although I have to say, it's not that the supplier said he could not deliver it, but he is over the expected time now! the item itself is still available." Although I'm not out any money, the long process (almost four weeks) was extremely frustrating and I will not be using netsoundsmusic.com again. |
