When I placed the order there where 4 copies available and I asked for immediate shipment, and the reply was that it would go the next day. Then (like I said) 5 weeks later they sell the other copies and I am left without! SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!

We are sorry, we had a terrible glitch in our system and it accidently uploaded thousands of cd's as LP's. We do not have those LP's and we apologize for any disappointment. This never happened before and we have now corrected the problem and our listings are now correct. We will not attempt to fill the orders for anyone that was affected by this problem .
At the same time we had a hard drive die which was the server to 4 computers. It has taken us over a week to get back to normal.
It has not been a good 2 weeks for us.
Again we apologize and hope you will try us again as we do sell some great LP's just not the ones uploaded by mistake.
Sorry you could not have given us the benefit of doubt that maybe we were having trouble.

Before sending snide remarks and insults you might have at least checked with us and maybe, just maybe there was a reasonable explanation as humans sometimes make mistakes. As you did not bother to contact us and just jumped to leave negative feedback to slander us without hearing our side of the story I could have checked into it You take away any incentive to be proactive on this as now the damage is done.

It is not fair that Netsounds would allow a non payer to leave us negative feedback. This is not fair. We had and still have the product but with a bad credit card we can't be expected to fill an order.

These are excerpts from what he wrote:
"I don’t need 3 emails within one week for any customer. I think it is best you find some other company that is willing to hold your hand all the way from start to finish. Your mother should have taught you patience which you did not exhibit in your anal attempts to write to us 3 times in a week. One customer like you means absolutely nothing in the big picture. thank god there are normal customers less anal than you"

3 emails in 5 days, 9 emails in just 7. This customer was abusive, arrogant, insulted my mother, my business, and really amounted to spam. No one has the right to clog the email system with 9 emails in less than 7 days for any reason.We explained that emails were not answered because when our system picks up multiple emails within days it assumes, rightly, that it is spam so we never saw the emails.This customer was a problem from day one and we were foolish to even respond to the insults and immature and erroneous accusations even if he did insult my mother, which has nothing to do with any of this.My only regret was even acknowledging this lowlife.

We even offered a 10% discount on any size future order in order to try to make up for the disappointment. We also followed up with another email but customer has decided in their own mind that an email can't possibly be lost in cyberspace. Is that fair?
 
4 Star.29/11/05yellamercI received my 'Tom Thumb' DVD after about 10 days, I haven't watched it yet though, as I didn't realise I would need a multi region DVD player, I can't remember seeing anything when I placed my order. I thought it would state that if I needed one, if it did then it's my fault.

I am happy with the service but disappointed that I can't watch it yet.

customer service. They sent a demand letter to
solicit a response from Hard to Find Recordings
on June 13th.

It is now June 16th. No response has been received
and the order has not arrived.
This has been one of the worst ordering experiences
I have had on the internet and I order daily from
Cdnow.com, Amazon and other music vendors.

I would not recommend this seller.

Delays in US/UK postings (post 911 security measures?) meant it took 2 weeks from despatch date. Worth it though.

this guy needs a translator badly. we don't send rude responses. we deal in hard to find recordings and they sell out because they are hard to find. Most people get it , obviously this guy took offense. Maybe that is the way they take it in Croatia.
