I have received an email asking for feedback on my order.... this was actually cancelled so no goods were shipped.... I was informed that the item was out of stock and so therefore couldn't purchase. You were very prompt in advising me of this so I don'thave a problem ordering from you guys again.

I ordered a CD; at least it said "CD" on the site...Chasing up my order; I was told it would arrive "tomorrow or certainly the next day". 12 days later it arrived.When it DID arrive it was the WRONG FORMAT. Additionally, despite being assured I would receive a confirmatory email re: availability,shipping date etc, I received NOTHING. The prices are expensive. One good thing is that the bloke I spoke to was friendly; LOOK ELSEWHERE.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 17/01/06:-
We believe this feedback to be extremely unfair!! Firstly the item was NOT advertised as a CD. We only sell vinyl and it clearly stated the item as being a 12" vinyl NOT CD. It is not our fault if the customer mis read the information before placing the order!! The item was £5.00....Which is hardly overpriced!!! If it was overpriced why did the customer order it!!!!? Also it wasn't 12 days later. It was within 7 days!

Vinyl record took much longer than average to arrive. After 15 days I sent a query and was told the record had been sent. It arrived two days later having been posted 2nd class two days before. It was also overpriced for the condition.
