Leaving feedback on this order is difficult since Rockhouse / CDexpress are unusual in my experience of sellers on Netsounds. You could say that sellers often fall into 2 categories:

1. They have the record, they send it, all is good.

2. Despite saying they have the record they don't at all, they're wasting time / trying it on, maybe they think they might have it when you order or they claim they'll just get it in (as if you'd be searching on the net for this record if it was that easy).

I've ordered 3 times from Rockhouse / CDexpress and have them mail back to say they don't have the record and they’re ordering it. This is annoying when they listed it as stock. However each time (unlike category 2 above) they’ve come good on this and sent me the record I wanted (after a few weeks) and I’m pleased. So I think they’re an OK seller and will give them 5 this time (though it was close with 4; what I gave them last time and might do again in similar circumstances).

This has been the worst buying experience I have ever had through the internet. Not only did the order take 3 weeks to deliver - despite being "in stock" according to your website upon ordering (a fact which was proven false when I received correspondence telling me you had ordered it from suppliers) - but now it has been posted to the wrong address. I clearly stated the ship-to address as my Father's house, not my address. Quite clearly, the level of customer service is nothing short of appalling.

I will be making sure I never order from this website again.

This cd was advertised as a "Live cd" what the seller forgot to mention what they had advertised and sold this cd knowing it was infact a bonus disc from a general release Queens of the stone age "Songs for the deaf tour edition".

The sellers excuse is that "well it was advertised as a single cd!" well why didnt you advertise it as " the live cd from Songs for the death tour edition?"...its written on the cd?

Total ripoff!! and the seller lives abroad and I only paid £8 including shipping but it took so long I really cant be bothered to go through sending it back.
This is just a warning to other buyers.

The two 45s arrived in good condition 13 days after ordering. The time taken would have been less if they had not had to be imported to the Netherlands (from the USA?) and then exported to the UK; but for post and packing I was charged only 7 euros.
I have used Rockhouse/CDExpress previously, and would be happy to use them again.

Item was incorrectly described with picture sleeve - the seller also confirmed that the record had a picture sleeve. When it eventually arrived there was no picture sleeve. I returned the record to the given address and four weeks later am still awaiting a refund. At the very least this all suggests incompetence. I cannot recommend this seller based on my extremely disappointing experience.
