Right from the start, I was given order and in-stock confirmation on my item, and then also sent an email when my item was shipped. I very much appreciate that kind of service! The CD took a week and a half to arrive, which was reasonable considering it was being shipped via airmail from the Netherlands to the USA. The best part was that I found a rare CD (Mega Man Dance) for only about $20 total! My only other option would have been to buy it for $50 on Amazon, so I was very happy to find this site. The copy I got from BRR was used, but in very good condition. I had a wonderful experience with BRR and highly recommend them! I'll be back to look for more rare CDs!

I did receive my order in a fairly timely manner - it was probably longer than normal since it was shipped overseas to the US. However, the item I received was not exactly what I thought I had ordered. I thought I had ordered a CD from Angela & The Rude called "Young Souls". I received a CD single by that artist with the song "Young Souls". I looked more closely at the item on the web site, and I realize that it had the code "cds" which means "CD single". So I got exactly what I ordered. I do think that there needs to be more info for each item, like a track listing. The info for that item was very cryptic. While I don't feel like I was misled, I do think that the information provided was not obvious enough that I knew what I was purchasing.
