This is a poor way to shop on-line. I bought a CD from "coolforever.com", and paid for it with PayPal. My money went to "Avangate.com". Several days later, I got word from coolforever that they did not have the CD; after a week, they sent me a note saying that they would tell Avangate to return my money. After 10 days, I contacted PayPal and finally (quickly) got my money back!
I don't know how "netsoundmusic.com" fits into he picture, but I am not pleased that I was charged BEFORE the merchandise was shipped.
This group is not the place to shop!

The item arived by post and was in exellent condition. We're producing the show at Dartmouth Players and were unable to get a recording until I found this one. I'm doing the choreography and really needed the music to work with. The only complaint is that I would like to have had the option to pay for express delivery since the music arrived the day of auditions so I didn't have a chance to listen to it first. All good though. Thanks for saving the day.

I wish to cancel this order and have my credit card credited for it. I thought it was a CD when I ordered it but discovered it was an LP which I can not use. Coolforever.com told me to notify you for the credit to my Visa card. It is already apperaing on my card and needs to be taken off. Thank you for your assistance.
