Caveat emptor! It took 49 days to deliver the album. There was no response to e-mail inquiries. The album was advertised as in "average" condition (6/6), but the jacket is marred in 4 distinct places by pen and marker on both the front and the back. Worse, there is a strip of yellowing masking tape all along the bottom of the cover. None of this was visible in the picture I saw online. I was primarily interested in the cover for a unique collection, but what I received is useless. Scratching and pops are audible while playing the record. The overall condition of the album is "poor" not "average" by collectors' standards. Charges for the delivery of this junk were nearly 75% of the charge for the record, including $4.65 for "ADD CHRG." What's that for if I'm already charged $7.00 for S&H? Finally, judging by the unprecedented barrage of SPAM I've received since ordering, I suspect cyrco is selling more than just music. I won't be doing business here again.

The picture is there to help you reference the correct item. In fact I list no pictures, this is a service supplied by Netsounds. CyrCoMusic only uses email addresses for personal use. I would not advise making sweeping acusations about causing you more SPAM. Such statements are dangerous to all involved. Sorry to hear you won't be doing business here again. My order took far too long. In addition, the item, Morton Gould's rendition of Wellington's Victory and Grand Canyoin Suite, needed a good cleaning. I personally feel that no vinyl should be sold until it's been thoroughly cleaned with a decent record cleaning machine. If it hasn't been cleaned it should be advertised as dirty or uncleaned. One song on the record was scratched and didn't play (which is fine--I mean it IS a 30 year old used record) but it would have been nice to know which song or how many songs on the record had sustained damage before purchase. as per my order as of july 21, my requests have been answered that record should arrive four weeks later. First I´ve been told record was sent off July 23. After many requests I was told record should be here by Sept. 23 or 24 (two months later!!!). Payment was made by mastercard same day of order. Record never arrived here and my last request about matter as of Oct. 3rd was never answered again, as usual before... Very bad experience with this dealer from my side!!!

The LP I purchased over the internet was "not available". This in itself is not a problem, as I appreciate that stock sells and items may from time to time get sold again before the vendor has had time to remove them from e-inventory. However, what I did find disappointing was that, having received confirmation of the purchase from the vendor it took five days for notification of cancellation to arrive with a less than satisfactory explanation.

A completely useless seller who doesn't respond to e-mails nor confirm your orders. I ordered a Richie Havens double album from this seller - almost a month later I received it, only that RECORD #1 was MISSING, RECORD #2 was in bad shape and the sleeve had pieces missing on the front!!! To use this seller is a completely waste of your money and time! I've done mail order purchases for 25 years and have never been treated this badly before!

After ordering a record from this seller on August 14th, a month and a half later, the record finally arrived. Attempts to contact the seller during this period were unanswered and the final straw was the record was so warped it is unplayable. I realise if i sent the record back to the US i would (maybe) get a refund. i prefer to wash my hands of it. in all my years of buying records online i have never had such bad service or shoddy merchandise.
