Ordered two LP's from this seller - one of them arrived, vinyl was broken.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 03/12/06:- Beware! This guy is unreasonable and if you value your good reputation don't get involved. We sent a package with 2 albums - we packed it well and got it off quickly - but one of the albums arrived broken. Obviously, the mail services were heavy handed (something out of our control of course) but this guy left negative feedback about US even before he'd contacted us to tell us of the problem. We're a long established company with great feedback all around the Net and we have a no quibble refund policy and so this guy will get a refund when he returns the damaged album. Yes, it's annoying when something goes wrong - annoying for us too - but these things happen and we do what we can to put it right. Internet shopping depends on goodwill, trust and fairness for it to run smoothly but this guy obviously doesn't think so.
