Won late 11/15/07. Seller e-mailed me that my credit card # wasn't correct so I paid by Pay Pal to simplify everything and e-mailed the paid receipt to the Seller on 11/17/07. I was anxious to receive this because I was getting it for my 75 yr. old mother to play for our Alabama fans family over Thanksgiving. I e-mailed the Seller several times about it and received several reassurances that it had been mailed. When pressed about WHEN and HOW it was mail, the Seller finally checked on it and found it hadn't gone out at all! Finally received it 12/03/07. I feel 16 days after payment to get a 45 record from FL to GA is unacceptable. Seller should have verified shipment the first time I e-mailed to inquire why it had not come instead of sending me back another e-mail that it had gone out. My mother was very disapointed and I'm very unhappy. This type of transaction scares people out of buying on the internet.

SELLER RESPONDED ON 04/12/07:- This is not a normal occurence for us. It was an oversight and certainly not deliberate. Occasionally we make mistakes, this was one of them. Again, we apologies for the error. Sincerely, Aaron
