(2) Both Standard UK postage & Standard Air Mail only offer
compensation (if the parcel is lost or damaged) of up to £34.00

For overseas orders this costs an additional flat rate fee of £6.00.

| RETURNS POLICY: | RETURNS POLICIES:
A full money back guarantee is offered if:
(a) The item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced, or
(b) if the item is materially incorrectly described.
If in the case of (a)&(b) above, the buyers return postage will be paid if I agree the fault.
Whatever the problem, I will always try to find a solution.
If I accept a return for any reason OTHER than (a)&(b) above:
c) It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return postage and ensure that it is adequately packed
d) The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent
e) If the item was sent out 'still sealed'or unplayed, I cannot accept a return if it has been opened or played (unless it's faulty)
f) All return requests must be notified to me within 14 days of receipt of the item
g) Please ask for a refund authorization before returning anything .
If any parcel is returned to us because either the buyer failed to collect it,or if the delivery address given by the buyer is incorrect/incomplete, it is the buyers
responsibilty to pay for it to be re-posted.
