Recorded / Registered Postage Overseas
International Signed For (recorded delivery) is usually £3.50 UK pounds additional for most countries. This gets a signature and is insured for up to £30 UK Pounds compensation.
Registered shipping which is trackable and insured for a higher amount will be charged at cost, which generally starts at £4.50 additional to basic.

| RETURNS POLICY: | Refunds
Under the terms of the Distance Selling Act 2000, you may cancel and return orders within 7 working days of their receipt. If you exercise this right you are responsible for both outward and return carriage costs. Written or emailed notice of cancellation must be made to Arachnid Records before goods are returned. Notice of cancellation cannot be made by telephone. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
If items are returned to us that are subsequently damaged or lost, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage. You should send any returned goods by an insured service to:

We will refund your payment within 30 days, either via Paypal or by Cheque (corresponding to your method of payment).
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights if you are a UK citizen.
Any item ordered by Cheque will be reserved for 2 weeks awaiting payment after which it will be returned to stock. If you require longer to pay, please let us know!
