| RETURNS POLICY: | If you receive FAULTY goods or the WRONG goods, please inform us by phone or fax (+44 01744 454190) or e-mail us. with the details as soon as possible. We will replace or refund defective items or items sent in error, but you need to obtain our permission first. Once you have informed us, we will send you return instructions, and a refund will be made within 30 days . If you wish to CANCEL the order for any other reason, you have the right to do so within 7 days of receiving the goods but you will have to pay the cost of returning them. In that case, your money will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation |
