We specialise in those thick black slabs of glorious plastic and, as vinyl fanatics, we're quite willing to atomic wedgie anyone entering the shop with an Ipod on. So there. |

| SHIPPING RATES: | Shipping In most cases orders are shipped within 48 hours of us advising you of the total cost. All stock is held in store so you never have to wait for backorders. Occasionally stock may be sold through our shop, on the same day as you submit your order, in which case it will no longer be available. Orders up to 4-5 LPs will be packed between thick cardboard, placed in a carrier bag and sealed within an Australia Post bubblepak bag for protection. All goods within Australia are sent by Australia Post. Overseas orders are sent by standard Australia Post airmail. Should you require insurance/ registration or any other shipping options, please drop us a line. Australia Post limit their domestic liability to AU$50 so if your package is worth more than that, insurance and/or registration is recommended. Extra cover for international packages is AU$8 for up to AU$100 in value and AU$2 per AU$100 value thereafter. Delivery confirmation is available only on registered international parcels and costs an additional AU$4. PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNINSURED OR UNREGISTERED ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE IN THE POSTAL SYSTEM. In the unlikely event of a package going missing we can pursue this with Australia Post for DOMESTIC PACKAGES ONLY - once they leave the country, we have no further recourse. International orders are sent by Regular Airmail. Cost is calculated based on your location and the number of records in your cart. We only charge what Australia Post charges us for postage packs and shipping. We only ship to the following list of countries: New Zealand, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Poland, Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Finland and Greece. The maximum weight we can send overseas is 10kg or 50 records. Shipping Summary The following table shows approximate shipping costs in AU$ for Regular Airmail. | RETURNS POLICY: | Refund Policy If you have any problems with your order please send an email explaining the situation. Include your order number and give us much detail as possible. We will contact you with details on returning the product. Please choose carefully as records may not be returned unless they are faulty by manufacture or have been sent in error. We must be notified by email within 14 days of the shipping date in order to authorise the return. If you have a record you wish to return you must email us for a goods return authorisation number first. No goods will be accepted without this number. Reseal the package, with your invoice attached to the front, write the return authorisation number on the back, mark it 'Return To Sender' and drop it back into the post. We regret that shipping charges are only refundable if we have made an error in the goods we have supplied. |
| STOCK CONDITION: | Grading Grading is based on Goldmine ratings and we try to play every item so that grading is accurate. Everything we sell is at least VG condition except for the occasional sought after rarity that we think is still collectable. Those items are graded accordingly. SS (Still Sealed) A new record. Never opened. Flawless, with no damage whatsoever. M (Mint) Vinyl - Has been opened, but plays perfectly with no damage whatsoever. Cover - Cover is virtually flawless. EX (Excellent) Vinyl - May have scuff marks and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly throughout, with only "barely detectable" crackles or pops. A slight noise at the beginning is allowable, but the remainder must be nearly flawless. Definitely no scratches or gouges that a touch with a dry finger can feel. Cover - May only have the slightest signs of normal wear. VG+ (Very Good Plus) Vinyl - May have scuff marks and signs of wear but will still play well with only the very occasional loud crackle or pop. Cover – May have only slight bends and ring wear but with all seams intact. VG (Very Good) Vinyl- The majority of records fall under this category. May crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to. Cover- Normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams. If there is abnormal damage such as tears or markings, but the seller still feels that it qualifies as a "VG", the damage must be described in comments attached to the item. G (Good) Vinyl- May have continuous low level crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener. Might also have "nasty little scratch" causing popping on one or two more songs, with the rest of record playing fine. Cover- More than normal wear and tear. |
