| RETURNS POLICY: | DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE GOODS
We accept returns of damaged or defective goods. Notification of receipt of damaged or defective goods must be received within seven days of the date of delivery. Goods can then be returned for replacement or for refund if a replacement cannot be obtained. Kahua Music will reimburse any postage costs incurred. Goods found not to be defective will be returned and the extra carriage costs will be charged to you.
RETURNS PRCOEDURE
Returns must arrive in the original manufacturers packaging and must be shipped the same way it was dispatched to ensure sufficient shipping insurance cover. You will be responsible for all postage costs for returning any item(s). Please include a full description of the reason for the return and any other requirements.
