Coolforever is located in Vancouver, British Columbia. We ship some items via Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca), which is quite expensive; for overseas and US buyers we courier our parcels to Blaine, Washington and ship via USPS.
We will only ship overseas by surface mail on special request, and will usually not accept PayPal or Gemm payments for overseas surface. This is because it will quite often take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery, and Gemm and Paypal will automatically refund buyer claims, even though we have shipped the package.
