Visual grading used on the majority of items, some items played to establish grade. I always tend to grade lower where i am unsure of an item's condition.
CD grading : inlays/digipacks etc as above, discs;
M - Almost as new, no scratches
EX - Disc may have scratches but plays perfectly.
