Responsibility for downtime. netsoundsmusic.com cannot accept any responsibility for any losses or damage resulting from periods of poor or non-operation of our web site. Removal. netsoundsmusic.com reserves the right to ban or deny any customer from its marketplace for any reason whatsoever without warning. Unreasonable / dishonest / fraudulant behaviour. netsoundsmusic.com reserves the right to immediately ban any customer found to be acting in an unreasonable, dishonest or fraudulent way. Abuse of the netsoundsmusic.com systems. netsoundsmusic.com reserves the right to immediately ban any customer found to be abusing any of the netsoundsmusic.com systems (for example accessing facilities that they do not have permission to use).
